Many factors can affect delivery timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, and other circumstances beyond our control. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. If an issue arises, we will gladly open an investigation on your behalf; however, we cannot reship or refund an order once it has been shipped.
Any shipping label that contains an error and is undeliverable due to an error made by the customer during purchase will likely be returned to Highest Goods. If a package is returned due to customer error when filling out the shipping form, we recommend the customer reach out to us immediately after the purchase, as we can update the label details in most cases. However, if our team does not receive the corrected information in time, and the label is delivered to the wrong address, Highest Goods does not assume any losses and does not guarantee any refund or replacement of product. If the package is shipped back to Highest Goods, we will happily bill you for a new shipping label and send your products to your corrected address.
