How to consume

CBD's effects are highly individual. Serving sizes can range from 25-200mg. To find the amount of CBD that's right for you, start with 50-100 mg, wait two hours, and increase as needed. A tenth of a mL spreads to about 10mm, roughly the width of the bottom of the 2.5 mL plunger. This is equivalent to 40mg of CBD. Two tenths of a mL spreads to about 15mm, Roughly the width of the bottom of the 10 mL plunger. This is equivalent to 80mg of CBD.
